I have three favourites from September that I have been loving! I use all of these daily and think they are worth telling you about!

My first favourite product is the Sukin Super Greens Detoxing Facial Scrub. I really like this scrub as it is gentle enough to use daily even though the instructions say to use it once or twice a week. Personally, I like to use it twice a day after my cleanser and before my toner. This scrub contains a blend of kale, spirulina and parsley which is what made me want to purchase it, it’s nice to know that I’m receiving the benefits of these greens externally as well as eating them.

If you are like myself and prefer to use more natural products that are free from unnecessary chemicals you will be happy to know this scrub is free from:

  • sulphates

  • parabens

  • synthetic fragrances

  • animal derivatives

  • harsh detergents

  • propylene glycol

  • artificial colours

  • triethanolamine

  • mineral oils

After using this scrub for over a month now, I can see a difference in the texture of my skin, it is so smooth and I have even seen a decrease in the size and the amount of breakouts that I normally get. It has also left me with a nice bright complexion, I’m sure this is because of the pineapple and liquorice root extracts that help to promote a even skin tone. I have oily, acne-prone sensitive skin and have not had any problems with this facial scrub - definitely recommend!

The second product that I have been loving is the I+M Naturkosmetik Hydro Perform eye balm.

Using eye cream doesn’t have an age requirement, it’s good to keep around the eyes hydrated. I started using eye cream when I turned 21, I realised that the skin around my eyes started to feel very dry due to late nights (final year of uni problems lol) and because of constantly wearing contact lenses. It contains aloe vera which has soothing properties and aids in reducing inflammation and hyaluronic acid which supplies moisture and plumps the skin. This eye balm is really hydrating and I like that the packaging is hygienic, it has got a pump to dispense the product instead of dipping fingers in the cream like some of the other eye creams that I have tried.

The third and last product is the best oil that I’ve come across to use my face before applying moisturiser or any other treatments. Rosehip Oil is well-known and loved by many people with different skin types.I love how soft and hydrated my skin feels afterwards, my skin soaks it up!

Here are some reasons why Rosehip oil is so popular:

  • Good for acne scarring

  • Anti-aging

  • Contains vitamins A,C,D & E

  • Organic

  • Improves appearance of fine lines & wrinkles

  • One of the best pure plant oils for helping repair and rejuvenate skin

  • Makes skin radiant

  • Re-balances the oils of all skin types including oily skin

  • Reverses hyperpigmentation, sun damage and stretch marks

Skin Types that Rosehip oil is good for:

  • Dehydrated skin

  • Dry skin

  • Uneven skin tone

  • Combination skin

  • Oily Skin

  • Acne-prone skin

I have oily skin and I love how it balances the oils in my skin. It doesn’t clog pores either because it has a comedogenic rating of 1.

It has 44% Linoleic acid (Vitamin F) which is a fatty acid which is great for the skin!

Have you tried any of these products? How did you find them?
