Over this winter period I have been gravitating towards these three herbal teas in particular that I have really been enjoying! Each one has a significant purpose and delivers various benefits to help improve and maintain overall health.

Ginger is a decongestant, so its good for helping to get rid of mucus.

Ginger also provides antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Hawthorn is a heart tonic, stimulates blood flow.

Dandelion is diuretic - used for heart burn, kidney disease, upset stomach, liver disorders and high blood pressure.
